HK; Today I’m going to talk with Frans de Waal, who is a professor of primate behaviour at Emory University. Thank you so much for your time. First let me ask about why you started studying ethology. FDW; Well, I’ve always been interested in animals since when I was very young. I’m interested, basically, in all animals even though I study primates most of the time.
